Membrane Inlet Mass Spec Diagnostic Plots
Dissolved oxygen, nitrogen, and argon are measured each minute on a Hiden HPR-40 membrane inlet mass spectrometer (MIMS). The ratio of oxygen to argon provides a measure of the amount of photosynthesis taking place relative to respiration.
